The sales and service people are top notch. No high pressure tactics and their prices cannot be beat!. They have an impressive showroom of appliances of all kinds, even outdoor grills. The brands are high quality with a huge selection of different price ranges, models and options. Unlike the big box stores, these guys know everything about the appliances in their store! I recently had Appliance Plug out to perform a dryer vent cleaning and they did a phenomal job. Luis was the tech that performed the cleaning for me. He was able to show me the performance before the cleaning (which at the time meant nothing to me lol) and then the performance after. The difference was huge!! I had a lot more pressure and my dryer was even quiter!! He also showed me everything that was pulled from my vents, it was shocking!! I didn't know how beneficial the service would be but I'm incredibly happy I had it done, I even feel safer now. If you can't tell, I highly recommend Appliance Plug and their service. Great job guys!!

I own a restaurant and my walk-in freezer went ka-put! It’s Christmas Eve and I had been to Lowe’s,HD, American freight, famous tates and only tates had one available that day. Would have to order one from all the others as they would not sell their floor models…and this doesn’t work for a restaurant I needed a freezer now! So a friend texted me a phone number to The Appliance Plug saying that he spoke with a guy there, they have freezer in stock but they r closing now for Christmas(about 2pm) but will be open Monday. I call and Spoke with a fellow named Chad and told him my situation. He asks “how far away r u”? I respond… I’m a good 30 mins away! He responds “come on, I’ll wait”! They have a huge warehouse full of brand name appliances. They r friendly professional and knowledgeable of their inventory. Won’t waste my time with HD, Lowes, etc any more. Thanks Chad and u other fellows at The Appliance Plug!

I highly recommend The Appliance Plug. My wife and I had our refrigerator break early on a Saturday morning. With a family gathering planned for the next day, we visited several Appliance stores throughout Tampa Bay in an attempt to ensure our party food didn’t spoil. We are very happy that a friend mentioned the Appliance Plug as they had a perfect fridge for us at a very reasonable price, the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they went above and beyond to ensure they got the fridge delivered/installed for us when no one else was able to make it happen with the same day-urgency that we needed. Very good place to get any appliances, very friendly and knowledgeable. Wish I had known about them earlier, had to purchase a new stove nobody had any in stocks except one big box store they had one ,didn't really want that one but didn't want to order and wait weeks for delivery. By accident found the appliance plug they have a huge selection of all appliances in stock, and walked out buying a new freezer. Miguel the salesperson was great, highly recommend this business already told them we would be back to purchase our washer dryer combo.

Saw the great reviews for this local appliance shop and figured we would stop in to see if the hype was real. YUP! A nice and knowledgeable fella named Mike met us inside the little lobby, gave us a quick rundown of the type of inventory they carry (new stuff and open-box/cosmetic damage), and then brought us back to check out the warehouse floor. He walked us through a few rows of washers & dryers and spoke to the differences in brands, styles, and options. Being that this is the first set of laundry machines we've actually purchased (that weren't hand me downs or from friends), we found it helpful to hear his industry insights. Ended up picking out a nice and reasonably priced set, got the paperwork signed, and delivery scheduled, all in about 45 mins. Thanks for the stress-free experience, I'll be recommending this place to friends!

We are absolutely thrilled that we found The Appliance Plug. From the moment that we called we could tell we were in the hands of a reputable company who truly CARED about the satisfaction of its customers. From Andy, who answered the phone and our 1000 questions with patience and clarity and honest, to Melvin who took over every aspect of a trouble-free delivery and installation of our new washing machine to Ernest's remarkable smooth and perfect installation and Ryan's assistance and willingness to do everything to have us up-and-running, we could not - NOT - ask for more! Big box stores now dump the responsibility of delivery and installation onto one-star sub-standard fly-by-night service companies. One after another big-box store told us frankly that once we buy from them, if we have problems, they have no responsibility - it's all between us and the terrible companies that do the deliveries. We could not find one delivery company that did not have ten or fifteen one-star ratings. AND THEN WE FOUND THE APPLIANCE PLUG. They, themselves, deliver and install the appliances that they sell! They took full responsibility for making sure all was in PERFECT working condition - and without even a single mark or tiny scratch. Pristine! We are so relieved we found them and we appreciate their hard work and excellence so very much! A+++++++++++ in every way! Truly, they are our Appliance Dream Team!

They have huge selections of appliances at great prices. Tried big boxes stores we had to wait months to get appliances set. The staffs are friendly. They have appliances in stock at great price. The delivery is also on time within 1 hr window. Not 4-6 hour window!

Was so impressed with these guys! Needed an appliance package and they really came through! Tried Home Depot, Lowe's, Best Buy, even Famous Tate's- no one could get everything we needed. Appliance Plug even beat their prices! Customer service was very helpful placing our order, went to their warehouse, staff was professional and answered all our questions. Didn't try and upsell anything. Delivery staff was on time, very quick with installing, and even took the time to make sure everything worked properly and explain how everything worked. Very pleased-they deserve a chance to earn your business!

Excellent service and flawless delivery!Mike was extremely helpful and accommodating with the purchase of our new LG washer and dryer. He was even able to beat the price of the big box stores. The delivery team showed up on time and were extremely delicate with our appliance when bringing the new ones in and removing the old ones. They even walked around and wiped the floors when they completed the job so there was nothing left for my wife and I to do when they were done.We also purchase a new refrigerator for our garage which they installed and they hauled away the old one with no issues.I would strongly recommend The Appliance Plug.

I was very impressed with the high customer service here. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I'll gladly go here over other places like lowes and home depot where it takes forever to get anyone to assist you. Also family owned buisness. Highly recommend for any appliances. Im so happy I found them especially when I was in dire need of a gas dryer and they were the only ones to have some on stock in the Tampa Bay area.

This store is the best #1! We just purchased recently kitchen appliances package ( Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave & Range ). The customer service is off the charts wonderful!! We have been looking for a washer/ dryer combo for a couple weeks now, and went to our local Home Depot first but had to wait an hour for someone to come talk to us! After words, the service was terrible and we ended up leaving so we found this place on Offer Up and decided to look. Let me say that I live in Clearwater, and it was worth the drive! The customer service was amazing and the deal we got on a brand new washer and dryer was great. The place had a lot of good bargains and the salesman wasn't pushy just friendly and informative. We will definitely be coming back for any appliances we need.

I bought a new fridge that was open box from the appliance plug for a very good price. I spoke with Omarion and Andy and they were very helpful and friendly. I went in person to see it and it was exactly as the description and picture showed with now scratches or dents. They were able to deliver in 2 days and on time. The delivery guys were professional and efficient and gave me a heads up before they arrived. My last fridge was damaged in delivery going up stairs to my 3rd floor condo. I could tell these guys were experienced and had no issues. I will definitely be going back to appliance plug as I replace my other appliances!
